Japan has the most exacting food culture on earth, and for kosher travellers it has always been the hardest to taste. This journey changes that.
We arrange A5 wagyu from the Kobe region slaughtered with shechita and prepared under the supervision you keep — then cooked on the teppan by a master in front of you. At dawn, a private bluefin tuna experience: from the market to a kosher kitchen, where a whole fish is broken down and served as sushi and sashimi that few kosher travellers have ever eaten in Japan.
Between meals: a private ryokan with its own onsen, Kyoto's gardens before the crowds, and the quiet precision that makes Japan unlike anywhere else.
